Delivery service
All shipments of Australian wines from Australian Valley Wines are delivered by TNT, as soon as we have processed your order you will receive an email from us containing the Track & Trace number with which you can track your shipment.

We deliver your order within 3 working days.
Delivery procedure
If no one is home, the delivery person can do one of the following:
The courier takes the package back and leaves a note behind the recipient can make an appointment for a second delivery.
The next day the courier will again try to deliver the package.
An order is offered a maximum of twice after which the courier sends it back to our depot, if you want to resend the package after this, you will owe us a new delivery fee.
Packaging & delivery costs
You pay delivery costs for shipping and packaging your order, these delivery costs are the same for 1 to 12 bottles. Your shipment is free from € 100. So you always pay a rate of € 9.50 per address for addresses within the Netherlands. Any packaging costs for deviating quantities of bottles are included in this.
Mix & Match
At Australian Valley Wines you have all the flexibility regarding your order. Order 1 bottle or order 5 different types of wine, everything is possible. Thanks to our flexible ordering and payment process, you can easily enjoy all the delicious things Australia has to offer.
RETURNS
7 working days for reflection
Have you ordered a wine but are you not completely satisfied with your choice? Or would you prefer a different wine? No problem, you can return your order to Australian Valley Wines at your own expense. However, there are a number of conditions for returning the wine, namely:
The wine is returned in the original packaging
The wine has not yet arrived
The shipping costs are for your own account
Refund amount
If you want to return the wine and you have already paid, we will refund the money to the account with which you paid. The paid shipping costs are for your account. Once your return has been received and processed by Australian Valley Wines, we will refund your money. This takes a maximum of 30 days.

Australian Valley Wines also offers storage facilities. Wines can be stored with us under suspension of excise duties and VAT. In this way we can act as a gateway to the rest of Europe. Ask us about our many and flexible options!
